It’s another lazy day around here.
Oliver makes it hard to make the bed but his actions remind us all that we don’t need to constantly be “productive”, we can just “be”.
Reiki is a form of healing energy. I specialize in working with animals to help them work through an Animals have always been near and dear to me.
They provide us with strength when we need it, unconditional love no matter how they are treated, and teach us how to be better than we are. My Reiki Master is Cindee Hudson, one of the most amazing souls to walk with this earth and someone who teaches healing with every ounce of her being. I also work with crystal healing so if your animal is open to it, they may be given a crystal to work with e
ven after their session is over. My preference is hands-on healing with animals but I can do long-distance. If you'd like to schedule an appointment, feel free to message me.

Sierra was diagnosed with bladder cancer in February. I didn’t think she’d still be here but she is…. Quality of life is important.
So on rough days, we snuggle and have reiki sessions.
On good days, which are most days, she lays in the sunshine and screams for two breakfasts.
I’ve had a rough couple of months. And that stress has unfortunately effected the fur babies. So much so that Sierra snuggles down into my arms after our vet appt today and “stole” reiki. Lol. I wasn’t even thinking about it. Didn’t think to offer it to her but all of a sudden I could feel the energy pulsing from my center and traveling into her. Such an odd experience. But I’m glad she was able to get what she needed to work on healing herself.
These two have had a series of physical and emotional issues the last 10 months but through it all, there has been many reiki sessions. I love giving them reiki, feeling the energy transfer and seeing them refreshed. Reiki has been such an essential part of their lives.
Sierra is almost 14 years old and suffers from arthritis in several areas of her spine. She’s not a complainer. She takes meds that help with her joints. Naps in the sun. Cleans her plate. Plays with her little furry brother (until she’s done and then she will smack him in the head). And every other morning she will snuggle into my lap for a reiki healing boost. She will just lay there and just take as much as I can give. I can feel the energy pulsing from my hands into her body. And the we are both ready to take on the day.
A beautiful soul transitioned yesterday. I met her & her sister a few years ago when her sister needed some reiki. Now they are both together again. Chasing sticks and barking in the sunshine. They both taught me the beauty of loving each moment. They also both taught me the depth of unconditional love. To Marble and Chin, may you forever play together. I promise to watch out for your human parents.
I met two fabulous souls today. Hopefully, the reiki (and stolen reiki) treatments will help their pain. Today, was also a great reminder that we need to be taking care of and clearing our chakras regularly.
D’ARTAGNON has a horrible bloody nose for 1.5 hours last night. My home looks like a crime scene.
To help aide his healing, I say with him at the end of the bed and place my hand on his body to give him some reiki healing (he loves reiki).
As I had my hand on his body, baby Oliver placed his paw gently on D’Artagnon while I gave reiki (almost as if he, too, was going to help heal D).
My sweet little boys. Despite the horror, it turned into a precious moment.
I recently rescued a tiny six week old kitten who is now named Oliver. (In his words to the animal communicator, His mom left him and his siblings in a dark space -hole/box - and never returned. All of his siblings died. He didn’t want to die so he crawled out.).
Despite the turmoil his presence has caused in my house (stories for another day), he is teaching me some important life lessons.
For instance, this morning he discovered how to jump off the “big bed” and how to climb back on it. He is so pleased with himself. And when I congratulate him, he is so happy and gives kisses.
This reminds me how important it is to take stock of our accomplishments. No matter the size. And how much compliments can truly boost another person’s soul.
Thank you Oliver for life’s little reminders
This new little baby boys weighs in at a whopping 1.5 pounds of fluff. He’s had a rough start to life. But he was rescued. (Sometimes we all need a little help from strangers.)
He was treated by a vet, he has another appt in a few days and he has a little heart murmur to be watched. Hopefully, it will heal itself.
Tonight, he accepted reiki. Too sweet. Then he fell asleep purring.
Make sure you are prepared
Had a session with the animal communicator yesterday. All of the fur creatures appear to be in abit of pain and nobody wants to go to vet so it’s reiki to the rescue this am. After 15 minute session, D’Artagnon and Athena are now participants in their own MMA match (minus the cage). Good times.
D appears to be on the upside today. He had his breakfast and is now running around with a toy in his mouth. Yeah for meds and reiki.
