Today we honor Deoge. This family returned to our kennel for the 3rd time. We were a little concerned about getting him on the plane to go home as regulations have changed. As you can see, he quickly became a steward assistant! Here is what the family says about him.

Deoge is the friendliest and most curious dog I have ever had. He loves all people and animals. He watches every movement and pays attention to every sound he hears. He likes to be active and loves going places with us. He enjoys outings to restaurants, pubs, stores and other people’s homes. He loves the park where we work with his trainer. He is very smart and learns quickly. He enjoys going out on the boat and doesn’t mind going in the pool. Most of all he loves our other two dogs and wants to play with them all the time.

In June he weighed 59 #!

Meet Dolly! Dolly went home to meet a sibling that she gets along with very well. This family also had a Doodle from me years ago. Dolly is going to be one big girl! She is sassy and also a scaredy cat! She’s very friendly and quite loved!

Meet Stella! She lives with my other daughter and husband, Russ their 9 yr old Doodle, 6 yr old Norah and 3 yr old William. She is getting along very well. Russ def hasn’t grasped the fact she is here to stay! She is getting a little brown around her face. It will be interesting to see what that adult hair is.

Meet Gladys. She belongs to my daughter and her family. She left the kennel to join her 2 yr old brother and 4 mo old sister. Busy household! Gladys has received training for several weeks. She responds to her learned commands very well.

Happy 6 mos to Ginny’s last GRAND FINALE litter! We were surprised on the night of Dec 21 to see for the first time in Knapp Kennels Goldendoodles history black puppies. I called the breeder and said oh no these pups are black! The father, Scooter, carries a black gene and boy oh boy it was strong in this litter. But oh so cute!
Meet these pups now. This is Lucy my puppy. She is huge, full of energy, lovable, and learning commands and responding so well. She loves running laps in the yard but would prefer to sit on my lap. I used a correction collar that just vibrates to correct the jumping and she’s doing so well. She comes to me on command and kennels, maybe with her head down, when asked. I forgot how much work a pup is but she is loved!

Help!! I have a couple flying into St L to get their pup but having trouble finding an airline that can accommodate a pup this size. The travel carriers were too small. I've had several fly in with no trouble at all. Give us some pointers please. Thanks so much.
