We kindly request that you arrive on time for your pup's grooming appointment by 9am. If you anticipate being late, please notify us. After 9:15am, the door will be locked due to scheduling constraints. This reminder is not directed at any individual, but rather addresses a persistent issue. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in an invoice for the missed appointment fee. While we value our client relationships, we must establish clear expectations. Specifically, three or more consecutive missed appointments may result in termination of services. Effective April 11, 2025, these policies will be enforced.

Please note that tomorrow's weather may impact our schedule. If schools dismiss early, we will close early as well. If your pup is ready for pickup, please arrive to collect them. We will not delay closure until 5 if the storm begins to approach.
If you need to reschedule text or call the shop phone. Again please collect your pup when we call tomorrow.

We are currently hiring a part-time groomer at our Wynne location, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who is seeking a job out of necessity rather than desire. The role entails bathing, grooming, and cleaning up after dogs, which requires a significant amount of physical effort. Our current hours of operation are Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, although these hours are subject to change. We are willing to provide training and guidance to the right candidate, and prior experience in grooming and customer service is beneficial. We prioritize maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. Take criticism seriously and can follow rules. Pay is performance-based, allowing individuals to increase their earnings through their own efforts. This job will not be suitable for someone in school or has a crazy schedule.
The busniess is growing and adding more staff.
