Please read!! Exciting Update!!!
We are ONE week away from October 30 which means we are ONE week away from Cam’s Jam Halloween Bash!!!!! We are so excited to share this day with you and all the events taking place on this day, we have so much fun in store.
Doors open at 10:15 am and the national anthem at 10:30am, the horse show starts immediately at 10:30 with our first junior barrel run. Open arena starts at 9:45am for our riders.
** Horse Show Reminder: Pre Entries are DUE to Gwen Costello by Thursday October 28. They can be emailed to [email protected] , no money is needed. Just the entry form. CASH payment only. Casual attire. **
Our day is packed with bouncy houses, yard games, pony rides, face painting, a DJ and so much more! Once you pay to get in, you are IN and welcome to do whatever you want for the day!! There will be donation jars, feel free to donate.
Admission Fees are as follows:
$10 for the family day (10:15am - 5:30pm)
$10 for the haunted trail (5:30pm - 8:30pm)
$15 for both events
** Please remember this is a CASH only event**
You will be given a colored wrist band depending on what you have paid for!!! You can leave and come back throughout the day. Remember, ALL proceeds go to the McDonnell Family to help Cameron fight cancer!!!
We are so lucky to have our public safety sponsors who are going to bring fire trucks, police cruisers and more. Don't forget to stick around for the K9 Demonstration by Officer Polseno and Lukas from the Westborough Police Department at 2pm!!
Come hungry!! Get Baked Potato Company and Larry Joe’s New England Fire Pit will be on site. As well as Rushford and Sons, providing adult beverages in our beer garden. These vendors have decided to donate 50% of their profit to the McDonnell family!
The Haunted Trail begins at 5:30 pm, thank you to Nipmuc Drama Club for all their help. It is going to be a fun night. Our last run through the haunted trail will be at 8:30pm.
Don’t miss out on our raffles!!! We are so overwhelmed with raffles that we are also hosting a silent auction AND a 50/50 raffle in addition. We have over 35 items to be raffled & auctioned off. These are not any items that you want to miss!!
Families and individuals attending the day should wear their cams jam shirt, pink or green!!! OR if you want to wear a halloween costume, its highly encouraged. Someone said something about a contest👻😉
