🐾 RESCUE SUCCESS STORY: Meet Yuni! 🐾
From an abandoned stray in a conflict zone to a thriving, happy pup in his forever home—Yuni’s journey is nothing short of incredible!

Yuni, a Canaan dog, was rescued from the Gaza Strip area by an active-duty soldier who cared for him while deployed. Once Yuni made his way to the United States to join his forever family, they knew they wanted to give him the best foundation possible.

When Yuni first came to Canine Coaching Services LLC, we focused on building his confidence, improving impulse control, strengthening decision-making, and mastering focused obedience. Through hard work, dedication, and lots of love, Yuni officially completed his Behavior Modification Training Class! 🎉

Yuni’s reality is no longer about survival—it’s about security, calmness, and pure love.
Huge congratulations to Yuni’s wonderful adopters and a heartfelt thank you to the soldier who saved his life.

Cross Lanes/Nitro Walmart just replaced all the food we lost in the flooding & then some 🥹❤️

We are so grateful for their help. They also gave us a $300 gift card to purchase more supplies! 😭🙏

They regularly help keep our food bank going, but this was a big load - so much we couldn't fit it all in one vehicle and have to go back tomorrow (what a wonderful problem to have, right?!)

Thank you to the Walmart team for supporting the shelter animals ❤️🐾

About an hour into a Delta flight from Detroit to Los Angeles, a dog suddenly became seriously ill. The captain didn't hesitate—he diverted the entire plane to Minneapolis so the dog could get emergency care.

A passenger with veterinary experience stepped forward and assessed the situation. Based on their recommendation, the decision was made to land immediately. Medical workers were standing by when the aircraft touched down, ready to help the dog and its owner.

The captain later assured everyone that the dog was expected to recover. Yes, the detour added roughly two and a half hours to the flight. But the passengers got it. A life was saved, and that mattered more than the delay.

This is what it looks like when we choose compassion over convenience.

Summer is winding down, but there’s still time for one last splash! Grab your pups and join us for an afternoon of tail-waggin' fun — all while supporting a great cause.

💧WHEN: Saturday, August 22nd | 10AM - 2PM
💧WHERE: St. Albans City Park Pool
💧COST: $10 entry-fee donation per dog

🐾 Want to help even more?
We’ll be accepting much-needed clinic supplies at the door! Our current wish list includes: paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, pet food & cat litter. Donations are tax-deductible and always appreciated.

🐶 A few important reminders:
Dogs should be up-to-date on vaccinations and comfortable around other dogs and people. Please bring a leash for entering and exiting the pool area.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Fix’Em Clinic and our mission to reduce pet overpopulation and unnecessary euthanasia by expanding access to affordable spay/neuter and preventative veterinary care throughout West Virginia. 💜💚
