Need a medication or food refill? You can request the refill directly through our App! You can choose to pick up your refill at our hospital or you can choose our home delivery option through our online pharmacy.

1️⃣ Click on the Shopping Cart - which is the far-left circle on your App home screen
2️⃣ Click on Pick Up or Delivery

For Pick Up:
➡️Check under Orders History if it is a medication you have gotten before - select Pick Up. If not, select Pick Up under Pending Orders and enter in all pertinent inforrmation.
➡️Choose your preferred pick-up date & time - *please allow us 24 hours notice to fill the request
➡️Click on Request Order
➡️Wait for our team to notify you that your order is ready for pick up.

Delivery
➡️If you choose Delivery, you will land in our online pharmacy to place your order

Our veterinary team will receive your order request and let you know when your order is ready. It’s that easy!

How to make an appointment utilizing our direct booking platform!
🐶For EXISTING CLIENTS that use our APP:
- Select Appointments on your app, then request appointment. This will direct you to another page.
- Choose LOGIN TO PET PORTAL and use the SAME information we have on file for you here!
🐱For NEW CLIENTS, please use the direct booking link on our website.
- Choose REGISTER FOR PET PORTAL and fill out all pertinent information.

After you enter your information follow these steps:
- You will receive a confirmation email from the site. Please Verify your email with the provided code.
- Choose Book an Appointment and select or add the pet you are booking the appointment for.
- Select your reason for visit.
- Pick your preferred Provider.
- Select your date and time and click Book Appointment!
