Hey Everyone!

We’ve noticed some naturally occurring blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) in certain areas of the lake, including around our marina. While this can happen during warmer weather, we just want everyone to stay aware and use a little extra caution while enjoying the water.

As always, avoid swimming in areas where the water appears heavily discolored or concentrated, and be sure pets don’t drink from those areas. Most areas of the lake remain perfectly enjoyable, but it’s always good to stay informed and aware of your surroundings.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions and appreciate everyone helping keep the lake safe and enjoyable for all.
