TSCA 2025 has come to an end and we couldn’t be more proud of our members!

They all have worked so hard this year and have earned many achievements! We thank y’all for sticking with us this year and for all the support and help!

A special thank you to our other officers, Emily and Annette, for stepping up and handling all the challenges and stress this weekend while I’m still in recovery. I truly don’t know what I would do without y’all!

We didn’t get many pictures, but here’s a little photo dump anyways!

We want to thank everyone for such a successful point show season! As we take some time off in preparation for the TSCA show (and childbirth 😬) we want to draw your attention and interest in some jackpot shows! Like ranch and barrels!

Ideas are to have these in October and November - however we need the sponsorships to do so! If you or a business you know would be interested in sponsoring, please reach out!

Opening up officer nominations for 2026 show season

Positions are as follows:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary

Nominations are for current members that are on good standings. Nominations will be accepted via commenting on this post, by PM, text and/or in person. Self nominations are welcome and encouraged.

If you have any questions about any of these positions and/or interested but just needs more information, please feel free to call me and I’ll be happy to help in any way I can!

‼️ IMPORTANT TSCA INFORMATION ‼️

📌 Sign Ups are this Sunday, July 27th at 4pm
📌 Please provide a current copy of coggins that’s valid through September 1st - even if you sent them to us already, its still up to you to bring a copy to be sent in to TSCA
📌 Cash and check payments only - NO VENMO/CARDS
📌 they have waived the 3 show rule due to all the rain and has left it up to clubs discretion - so for members on GOOD STANDINGS, that’s helped/supported us this year and have shown at least once and would like to go, please reach out to me now!
📌 Like I’ve said before, we will not be tolerating any “funny business” at this state show. If an incident happens and this club is fined, the person(s) involved will be responsible for that fine. Not the club.
📌 WE ARE DRAW #2
📌 ADVANCED TICKET SALES ARE $10/armband for the weekend - $7/armband per day at the gate
📌 CLASSES ARE $7/class
📌 We are assigned to work Thursday afternoon, classes 4&5 AND Friday morning entry gate from 6:30-7:30AM - if you are attending state, we expect you to help with these classes - these hours will also be put towards your year end awards!
📌 if you plan on bringing a four wheeler, golf cart, etc. to the show, please have ALL information ready! Vehicle type, make, color AND VIN number. Please note that ONLY licensed drivers are allowed to operate.
📌 please get familiar with the TSCA rulebook that is on our pinned posts and on their website

📌 our next show is August 8th and 9th -

📌 TSCA signups will be July 27th at 4pm held at the arena

📌 If you plan on showing/attending TSCA, please comment below so we can confirm hours and points

📌 We will hold a brief work day that afternoon (July 27th) for anyone that is still needing those last few hours

📌 Most importantly, with the help of a company that has chosen to remain anonymous, our septic problem has been resolved and fixed! We can’t thank them enough, we are extremely grateful!

✨ SHOW WEEK ✨

‼️ Time DELAYS due to heat
• Friday night - registration starts at 6pm - trainers from 6-8pm - show starts at 8pm
• Saturday night - registration starts at 5pm - show starts at 6pm

If you plan on going to state AND/OR want a year end award, this weekend is the time you need to finalize your work hours. There will be no exceptions this year!

Also, we are still trying to raise funds for our septic system. If you know of any local businesses that would be interested in sponsoring, send them our way or go ahead and send them a sponsorship request form that you will find on our pinned posts. Every sponsor you bring in will give you one work hour!
