Another great opportunity to bring the vision of K9K to the veterans of Oregon!

At the 80th Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs Expo in Salem, dozens of veterans organizations from across Oregon came together to offer benefits and services to Oregon veterans. There were roughly 300+ veterans at the Expo, with dozens of veterans specifically asking about K9K and our benefits for veterans.

Everyone loved seeing the puppers. There was high interest in our program because we help train veterans to train their service dogs to meet their disability needs, and the service dogs get to learn and grow with them. Our goal is to help veterans gain a resource for a better life experience with training, life skills management, and having a service dog, as well as the benefits of having a battle buddy by their side and camaraderie with veterans in our pack.

Come meet the pack! We're at the Veteran's Benefit Expo today hosted by Oregon Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs offering up our program to our brothers and sisters in arms.

Helping Heroes is on for this year!

K9 Kavalry is proud to have passed Ranger's Law in Washington state. Effective Oct 1st 2025, qualified veterans with legitimized service dogs will gain access to handicap placards. This change offers our service dogs additional security and safety when navigating parking lots, and is a breakthrough in recognizing the needs of non-mobility related disabilities that utilize service dogs as medical devices.

Stay tuned. We aren't done yet. More bills will follow in more states as our campaign rides this win all the way to DC.
