NOW HIRING: Summer Wranglers

The Historic Triple B Ranch is looking for wranglers(trail guides) to join our team beginning in May 2025. We are located 3 miles north of Woodland Park, CO, bordering Pike National Forest. Please apply if you arecourteous, dedicated, responsible, outgoing, energetic, love the outdoors, not afraid of hard work, and enjoymeeting new people.

This job includes all aspects of horse care including feeding, saddling, doctoring, grooming, corral cleaning, and maintenance of a herd of 20+ horses. Besides working with horses, our wranglers will be responsible for maintaining trails and vehicles and will be asked to help with the general upkeep of the ranch facilities. You will also be required to help with occasional phone coverage, housekeeping and general guest ranch duties. Our wranglers are required to havea neat and clean appearance, and dress western style (cowboy hat, cowboy boots, western jeans, belt, and collared shirts required. Spurs and chaps required when on trail rides). A typical full day could be 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and requested time off outside of two, non-consecutive days per week, is limited during the summer.

We would like to give a great big WELCOME to Darren! He recently joined our team as a Ranch Hand. He is a hard working man and we are glad to have him here with us!
A little bit about Darren:
"Music is one of the biggest parts of my life. I make country music, and perform gigs around Colorado Springs.
I love all genres of music. Baseball, football are favorite pastimes and spending time with friends and family.
My parents played 90s country music and rock n roll growing up and I was in a rodeo when I was younger.
My work ethic was instilled in me at a young age by my late father, who I live and strive to be like.
I’m blessed to be able to work on a historical ranch and grateful to be a part of it."

This sweet little 3 year old girl dreamed of riding a horse.
We are so happy to make her dream of riding a real horse come true.
Gus was the perfect gentleman gave her a lovely ride and he enjoyed his hug. ❤
