Trainers and boarders welcome!
Prime Woodinville location with up to 15 stalls immediately available for a trainer with a small program or individuals with one or more horses. Monthly board ranges from $1,050 to $1,200.
Topline Equestrian Centre is centrally located and just minutes from Hwys 522, 405 and 520. We are a large, private boarding facility with a friendly, no-drama community of boarders and in-house as well as freelance trainers. Owner / Manager lives onsite to ensure a 24/7 on-premise presence.
Full-Care Board & Farm Amenities include:
• Fully matted box stalls with automatic watering system cleaned and bedded daily with a special blend of kiln-dried shavings and sawdust – 10’ x 20’, 12’ x 12’ and 10’ x 10’ size options
• Daily half-day turnout in either a paddock (individual or with a buddy) or large pasture in one of four herds
- 4.25-acre Gelding Pasture
- 2-acre Mare Pasture
- Eight 60’ x 55’ Dry Lot Paddocks, each with its’ own grazing area
- One 60’ x 120’ Sand Lot Paddock with its own grazing area
• 60’ x 120’ mirrored and lighted covered arena featuring coarse washed sand and granulated rubber footing
• 75’ x 200’ outdoor arena built to Olympic Dressage specifications with coarse washed sand footing
• Dressage training and lessons offered (fees not included in full-care board)
• Premium Eastern Washington Timothy and Alfalfa weighed and fed 3 times per day
• Choice of LMF Super Supplement G, Haystack Special Blend or owner’s grain fed 2 times per day
