So, since Derek missed the only pheasant that got up in front of him... 😬 he bought me a pheasant wing today! And O.M.G!... I smelled it, chased it, pointed it and picked it up and brought it back. I'm going to find every pheasant in MN next year when I hunt!!

So much fun this weekend on my first pheasant "hunt"!!... I didn't get to actually hunt yet, Derek said I need to be a little older, but I got to go w and it was awesome! And I met a few new friends on the trip too... Bolo, Dash and my new bestie, 15wk old Surly! Here's a vid of me kickin his butt!

First vet visit in the books! Dr. Moore was so awesome! Everything checked out good!... a few puppy type things to clear up, I weighed 10lbs 12oz (Derek said I was like a 30" walleye) and it was super fun! But, can someone tell me that w all the changes in modern medicine, why did she have to take my temp, well, ummm, from behind me!? 😳 I would have held it under my tongue! That's it for now! Trig

Hey Everyone! It's Trig! Wow what a first week at home! I got used to sleeping in a new place, found my bark, learned to climb stairs, gained 3lbs, chewed up a couple things that got me yelled at, watched a couple hockey games and figured out a way to get invited onto the couch (I think they call it puppy dog eyes or something)... and so much more! Can't wait to update you all on my progress! - Trig
