We can teach your puppies how to swim, help your adult dogs stay fit, introduce your dog to Dock Diving and help build muscle tone in your older, arthritic

pet. Swimming is a wonderful, low impact, exercise for dogs of all ages. Our 13'x25' above ground, heated, salt water pool is open on three sides, which means that you can be right next to your dog without having to actually get in the pool. This can help the more worried or nervous dog feel more comfortable. Half hour swims start at $35.00 (up to 2 dogs, same family). It's been a few years in the making, but K9 Water Agility League will be starting this fall at Sue & Crew H2O. Keep checking here for updates. I recently heard about a family who lost their pups to heat stroke while they were swimming in their outdoor family pool. My heart goes out to them for their loss. In light of this I thought it woul be good to post something about the signs of heat stroke in our pets. Please take a moment to read and during these really hot days keep an extra eye out for warning signs.

The normal internal body temperature for a dog is 99 to 102.5 degrees. When it rises above that, dogs can suffer a heatstroke. Learn how to prevent it and the signs of this life-threatening condition.
