In the last year everyone has seen an increase in costs across the board. We have felt it as well, from the grocery store to the gas pump, to the electric bill to the gas bill and mostly in our rent for the pool. While we planned an increase earlier in the year, due to circumstances beyond our control, we decided to hold off and continue to absorb many of these increases. I have always wanted to be the one thing that didn’t go up in price. However, we have realized that in order to continue and provide you with the quality of service you have come to expect we have made the difficult decision to raise our prices. This is only our second increase since taking over the pool back in 2016.

Starting on June 1, 2026, all individual swims and packages will increase. We have attached the new pricing structure for you to review. We thought long and hard about this increase trying to make it fair across the board.

As always, we are blessed to have the best clients and we thank you all for being so loyal to Sue & Crew H2O. The best part of our job is seeing how much fun your pups have swimming with us.

Well, the crew did it again. The next time you are at the pool make sure to check out our new wash tub. Special thanks to Dad/Jerry, Adam and Aidan for all their hard work in putting together and getting it setup. And thanks to Lorrie and Alexis for helping me purge and clean the back area. You are all rockstars.

Meet Tundra. This sweet girl is up for adoption through C.A.R.E. (Community Animal Rescue Effort). She is a Husky/Shepherd mix and is a year old. If you know of anyone who might be interested please pass on the word.

Today begins the longest weekend of my life. We gather to celebrate an amazing woman and a wonderful Mom. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us. Your messages, texts, calls, cards and gifts have meant the world to us. As a quick reminder, Sue & Crew H2O will be closed from Friday, March 20th - Monday, March 23rd and we will be back at the pool on Tuesday, March 24th so that we may take time with family and friends remembering my wonderful mom.

My wonderful Mom and Jerry's wife, Diane Rattner-Sentowski passed away peacefully at home this past Sunday. Detail are in the link below.

The pool will be closed from Friday, March 20th - Monday, March 23rd and will reopen on Tuesday, March 24th. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate the next few weeks.

Join us in wishing my most amazing father Jerry a very Happy Birthday. While this year is not an ideal way to celebrate because he is still in the hospital, his spirits are high and he is improving every day. Hope he gets to come home soon cuz we really miss him at home and at the pool. Happy Birthday Dad - and remember 30 more years. 😘

Update: Dad is home!!! Now he can get some rest.

Thank you to all of our amazing clients for your understanding as we needed to close today. This time it was Dad who gave us a scare and ended up in the emergency room. He is doing OK, but he will be in the hospital for a few days. The pool will be open tomorrow, Thursday February 26 as I will have coverage for swims. Thank you all again for your support, prayers and understanding. Once I know how long he’ll be in the hospital I will reach out to reschedule any swims from Wednesday.
