☀️Happy Sunday everyone☀️ I apologize in advance for the long post.
We are about 9 weeks away from when I will be taking off to have our baby. As of right now, my schedule is almost completely booked, with less than a handful of appointments left.
If you are a client and have not already scheduled your dog’s next appointment, please reach out to me asap.
Since November, I have had an excessive amount of last minute cancellation and no-show appointments. I try to be understanding because I get that life happens but moving forward, I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the grooming price. Any appointments cancelled the day of, or missed completely, (with the exception of terrible road conditions) will be charged the full grooming price.
