Through a controlled chemical process of water, heat, and alkalinity, alkaline hydrolysis gently breaks down organic material to its basic elements. 🌿💧 This process was originally developed by a farmer, who used it to safely dispose of animal carcasses, and then used the nutrient-rich end product to fertilize crops.

You may have heard of the Rainbow Bridge—a poem that has brought comfort to countless pet lovers. It describes a peaceful meadow where our animal friends run and play, waiting to reunite with us someday. 🌈 🐾
It is undoubtedly the most influential piece of mourning literature ever written, and the author was widely unknown until 2023. Thanks to Paul Koudounaris, we now know it was written by Edna Clyne-Rekhy after the loss of her dog Major in 1959.

We have entered for a chance to win $50k from for our small business, and we have big ideas for the future of pet aftercare. With that kind of support, we can plan to expand our facility, giving us room for services like humane euthanasia, and providing spaces where families can truly process their grief in comfort and privacy. We would also be able to invest in sustainable equipment and upgrades, maintaining our eco-friendly methods with the compassion and care every pet and family deserves. 💚
Winning this grant would help us grow in a way that directly benefits our community. It's about being able to serve more families, hold them with dignity, and continue building a business that honors every life, human and animal, that touches our hearts.
