LOOK WHAT I GOT TO DO TODAY!!! I love doing matted dogs and dogs that aren’t matted…but I feel so accomplished when I can give a precious puppo some relief…things happen in life dogs get matted but I can assure you I’m here to take care of their every need! I used my Sheazam moisturizing shampoo to put the moisture back in her skin…and I also enjoyed every moment I spent on her! Such a good girl❤️

Just so everyone knows none of us groomers locally will be disrespected, fortunately we are not required to give our services to anyone who disrespects our time, I personally only have 10 appointments available for the next 4 months, I do not tolerate no call no shows and will refuse business when their is no communication proceeding a no call no show, I understand emergency’s happen, however I do not tolerate disrespect, there are many people trying to get grooming appointments with me, yes I do require a week notice, however I am very happy when given 72 hours notice, but no call no shows will not be tolerated or catered too. When given a weeks notice I have the ability to get you a new appointment closer to time, when given 72 hours notice or less I may not be able to get you in until your next appointment unless there is a cancellation on short notice.

I appreciate everyone who has respect for my time and business.

⭐️⭐️🐾🐾ATTENTION⭐️⭐️🐾:I’ve been having vets send me dogs with impacted ears for impacted hair removal ,which requires sedation and medication to go forward with the service ,which as a groomer I can’t sedate a dog during the service ,they’re refusing to do it or only choosing to do it if us groomers are “uncomfortable” proceeding with said removal,and are saying it’s our job as groomers when it causes us such huge liability, it can cause a ruptured ear drum, hematomas, and underlying ear infections to become inflamed and we aren’t equipped with the ability to provide meds for after care to prevent this stuff from happening….however if you understand this and are okay with potentially risking your furry friend having to proceed with the risk of needing vet care after and understand that I am not liable and refuse to pay for vet care in these instances then I will proceed…not only is this inhumane but it is a huge liability I have only spoke with a couple vets in leflore county that will sedate for the removal of the hair and speaks of the risks caused by said procedure. Most vets outside of leflore county, in which I have spoken to personally, don’t send dogs for this procedure to the groomers. We are no longer as groomers taught to service anything beyond the hair on the outside of the dog and the epidermis, if the ear is healthy I trim the hair that goes beyond the ear ca**l and if the ear needs the hair removed and IS NOT impacted I remove what needs removed safely and gently I do NOT go inside the ear ca**l when doing so.
Also with that being said a**l glands DO NOT need released at every grooming appt I do check them by the chance they need released, they do however fill back up in as little as 3-5 days. And I do NOT release the glands of big dogs as the weight of their hips are intended to release them on their own. The more often the glands are released manually the more often they have to be manually released.

From now on everyone will be given the opportunity to have 1 last minute cancellation in which I will require 48 hours notice.

After that you will be required to keep a card on file and you will be charged the full amount of your appointment which will be non transferable and nonrefundable.

This is for current and future customers… I have to do this because I am coming to a point in my career where I have less availability and want to fill those appointments with customers that will rarely contact me last minute in regards to their appointment.

If you’re a new customer you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment at the time of booking (which will also be nonrefundable and non transferable).

I no longer accept contacting me last minute, no call no shows or constant need to reschedule last minute.
