Update on our baby Midas 🤍

He did relatively well in surgery, even though it was extensive. 

He had nothing left of his disc except for fragments and jelly. He also had a few blood clots that they sucked out, and one of his spinal nerves is stretched out, plus his spinal cord was significantly compressed. But the good news is the vet is confident that he should start recovering, but it really just depends on the next four weeks.

PSA! PLEASE! If you take your dogs out, leash them! Unless they have bomb proof recall, they should not be out of your grasp.

We just had a really scary incident at a public park (allows leashed dogs) and it was 100% preventable if their dogs were leashed/recalled/etc.

This is how friendly, non reactive dogs have life changing experiences on both ends!
