Hi everyone!
I just wanted to give you all an update about my return to work!
I did work last week with some help from my wonderful husband, but I faced a set back and needed another more minor surgery today. 🤕
That means I may have to cancel/reschedule my appointments scheduled for this week. 😞
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!! 😢
I really appreciate everyone for their patience and understanding and all of the well wishes and cards I’ve received! You guys are the best! 🫶🙏
I will be sure to reach out to anyone directly regarding any appointments that I may need to move around!
Thanks again for understanding, i’m looking forward to seeing all of my clients again asap! ❤️🐶

‼️Just a reminder that the shop is currently closed until mid March while I recover from surgery. I will answer all messages/calls when I am able to. Hello everyone!
Just a friendly reminder that going forward my preferred method of payment is going to be cash or check 💵
I currently take credit cards as a convenience for my clients as a courtesy, but credit card fees definitely hurt small businesses like me, and have gone up like many other things.
I ask that whenever possible to please bring cash or check and only use your debit or credit card as a last resort.

Good morning everyone!

Some of you may already know but for those of you who don’t, I am going to be going out on February 27th through March 24th for a medical leave because I have to go in and have another surgery. I have a condition called endometriosis, which unfortunately can only be treated through surgery. 😔 

For that reason, my schedule for the next month is a little bit more jampacked than it normally would be. I have had to overlap a few appointments here and there to try and get everybody in as much as possible. So some of your appointments may take a little bit longer than usual. If that’s the case with your appointment, I will let you know at drop off.

Please also follow the appointment time that is sent to you in your reminder text messages and please try to be as on time as possible when dropping off and picking up your dogs. 🐶 🚘⏰

I really appreciate everyone’s understanding/support and I anticipate this recovery being much quicker than my last one 🙏❤️

Good morning everyone!

With the new year I would also like to have all of my clients fill out and sign my consent and release form which is available on my website birchpointdogspa.com under my “Grooming Forms” page, where you can print it off and return to me, or available for me to give to you at your appointment drop off.

This form allows me to keep all your information updated and on track in my system and I ask that you please review my policies as well.

Please note my cancellation policy that same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 fee and if two appointments are missed without giving me proper 24 hour notice, clients may then be required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments.
I appreciate you all understanding my policy on this!

The cost of everything has gone up which unfortunately has made me have to raise my prices as well..
I haven’t updated my prices for a few years now but I have continued to try and keep my prices reasonable for the services I provide for my 4 legged clients! 🐶🐩🐾💈🛁🧼🦴✂️
