🌾🐴 Caught in the Act... Again! 🐴🌾

At Meraki, we believe happy horses start with happy bellies — and our crew is head over hooves for the top-quality orchard grass hay we feed! 💚

It’s so delicious, they’re constantly trying to sneak a few bites between lessons, after rides, during grooming... basically whenever they think we’re not looking. 😄

We take pride in feeding our horses the best — because they deserve it. (Even if they think it should be all-you-can-eat, all day long!)

We want to give a huge shoutout to George Schaefer, our outstanding farrier, for the incredible care he puts into every trim and shoeing!

Quality hoof care is the foundation of soundness and performance — and George’s expert eye and skilled hands keep our horses comfortable, balanced, and performing at their best. From happy hacks to hard-working athletes, good shoeing truly makes all the difference.

One more job post. We recently lost another fantastic team member (due to health issues) who was providing this for us. Horse experience is not required. Especially if you're a quick learner.

Farm in Wirtz, VA is seeking someone to help with general maintenance. Duties to include dragging horse fields, picking up rocks in field, picking run-in sheds, and other general property maintenance. Pay dependent on experience. Due to losing one of our loved employees to a career change, Meraki Equestrian located in Wirtz, VA is seeking part-full time barn help.

Daily responsibilities to include feeding, turnout, stalls, and general barn and horse care.

This position offers the potential to provide board for one horse and lessons with an FEI eventer and USDF silver medalist.

For the perfect individual, position could also include lunging and hacking out horses.

We have a fantastic atmosphere and there's room to grow!
