Hey kids! It’s Hollow Tree story time! 4 years ago this week, Jess told me about a new business called that was opening in the backroom of an old lady craft store. She told me it was an oddities shop, which aside from the discovery channel show “Oddities” was such a foreign concept to me.
On opening day we pulled up and I was, admittedly a bit apprehensive. But we met the owners, Adam & Whitney and got to see and touch some incredible things… I bought a cup of coffee and a shirt bearing the design above that I still own and cherish.
I would never in a million years have realized what a life changing day this would be. 4 years later, our specimens are a fixture in that very shop (now in their own location!) and we are proud to consider Adam and Whitney amazing friends and the biggest supporters of our small business!
This week, 4/16 - 4/20 they are celebrating their 4th anniversary with amazing new merchandise, breathtaking new taxidermy and insect specimens and incredible raffle prizes!
