Today a new client walked through our door for her puppy first grooming!

She decided to stay in our lobby from where she was able to see everything that was happening with her little Jack Jack. As we were working she started recording and she shared a video of her experience with us (which we really appreciate) but, as I was watching this video I noticed that this woman did not only captured her puppy first grooming but she also captured the essence of Transfurmed Paws, the connection between us and the way we genuinely go around your pets. We couldn’t resist Jack Jack cuteness and every one of us had a little moment to fill him with love!

We want to publicly thank his owner and to say welcome to Transfurmed Paws again to Jack Jack 💜🐾

We hope all our furry friends are having a blessed day with their family and that they are being kept safe and away from all the fireworks tonight!

Saludos familia!

Queremos mostrarles este video y a su vez disculparnos si en alguna ocasión hemos tenido algún tipo de retraso con su mascota. Cómo pueden ver aquí tenemos dos groomers atendiendo una sola perrita cuando una de nosotras pudiera estar trabajando o adelantando a otro perro.

Estas situaciones causan retraso, pero aquí en Transfurmed Paws preferimos darle el tiempo y la atención necesaria a cada mascota para realizar un grooming seguro.

A esta perrita le dimos la atención, el respeto y cariño necesario en un intento de ganar su confianza y aún así su trauma fue mayor. No pudimos por hoy cortar sus uñitas ya que no la íbamos a forzar. Es por eso que cuando se descontrola la soltamos y respetamos su espacio, después de esto paramos el video y decidimos no proseguir para no aumentar su estrés.

Somos agradecidas con cada uno de ustedes que confían sus mascotas en nuestras manos, siempre les daremos nuestro amor, siempre les daremos nuestra atención, nuestro tiempo y intentaremos mantenerlos seguros a ellos y también nosotras.

Esto es solo un ejemplo de cosas que pasan a diario… Hoy recibimos uno que otro rasguño pero estamos bien y sus perritos también 💜🐾

Not every grooming it’s going to end up looking perfect and that’s ok!

Here at Transfurmed Paws we always aim for a good flawless and beautiful looking result, but we also prioritize safety and wellness. Today the job was done safely and this pretty girl got a reset on her fur.

We thank her new owners for adopting her, for understanding the importance of the grooming process and prioritizing it. We also thank Morgan for getting the job done safely with patience and love! 🐾💜
