Hey everyone, itās been a while so I wanted to share some information about me since we have had a lot of new families recently. My name is Madison Triplett Sullivan. Iām 22 years old. And I am so glad you are here.
My childcare journey began in high school when I interned in a preschool classroom starting in 10th grade and continuing for a year after graduation. Since then, I have had the privilege of working in daycare settings, after-school programs, and as a nanny for more than 30 wonderful families now. I have experience caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers and have learned so much from the amazing teachers, caregivers, and parents Iāve worked alongside over the years.
I recently completed my degree in Early Childhood Education and have earned several educational certifications that have strengthened my knowledge of child development, learning, and age-appropriate care. My goal has always been to provide children with a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and feel valued.
As a mother to a sweet 5-month-old son, Wesley, I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you trust with your child. Becoming a mom has only deepened my passion for childcare and my appreciation for the trust families place in their caregivers. I love being able to offer families a more personal, one-on-one alternative to traditional daycare while building meaningful relationships with both children and parents.
