Letter number 1 (1st of many) : To my baby, The amount of times ive stopped in between each word to type this , The amount of tears that have rolled down my face trying to make this…. I know what i want to say but im scared it will make it real… For a long time ive been stuck on the concept of logical vs emotional … Logically you’re an animal. Emotionally you’re my heart. Logically you’re an dog, Emotionally you were my other half. Logically you depended on me, Emotionally i needed you ! Logically i was your world, Emotionally you were mine! Logically you loved me more, Emotionally I loved you more than i loved myself! I Remember… You showed up in your little carrier… You were so smart from the day i met you , never made a mistake… Then because of how smart you were a lady saw you at 3 months old, staying all the way across the dog park, i didnt teach you anything, & she asked, “do you train dogs” & i said no… & she said “well is that one yours” and i said yes …. And she said “well can you train mine” & i said sure …. I didnt know it then but that day you changed my life …. It’s not just the business you helped start! A-lot of my closest friends , YOU DID THAT…A-lot of doors that opened for me YOU DID THAT , who wouldve guessed that a little 20lb puppy would change my life, #GottaHaveFaith And now i dont …💔 YOU made me believe in myself ,YOU made me bet on myself… I’ve always had it in me but YOU brought it out of me! FAITH- “believing in something you cant see”You helped me see! When you were with me …it always felt like it was just us in the building!You made me feel important to everyone else, but i was just important to you! 🖤 Who am i supposed to train with now, who is supposed to be my example…my partner in crime…my shadow…I’ve never had to do this without you and i don’t want too! I dont know where to go from here Faith… as a dog trainer, my whole job is to teach people how to be

💠How To Handle Puppies💠 Puppy class is coming up so i figured i would share some information that ill be teaching in puppy class❕ Learning how to handle puppies is one of the most important things that people don’t know! Teaching the Puppy that you are now it’s new Mom/ Dad after they come from a whelping box it so important! The first thing we want to do when we get new puppies is spoil them, but the first thing we actually should do is teach them their boundaries and limitations! To be able to help them experience the world and understand the way that we live we must first understand them, teach them structure and then expose them to these things! We like to do the complete opposite by exposing them to things and making them deal with them on their own without any structure or guidance! We don’t even do that with our own kids! Side Note : (for the people who do not know me and are just reading this post) I support rescuing dogs to the max, but people who are not experienced in dog behavior should not just be going to rescuing dogs just because you think you want a dog… unless you are experienced your first dog should definitely be a good well-rounded dog that has great temperament from a breeder or having someone help you pick out one from a rescue that hasn’t been through any trauma or bad experiences that you won’t know how to handle! I see it every day where people come in with dogs they rescued and they don’t know what to do with the dog and the dog becomes aggressive or has very bad habits because someone failed the dog prior or because of its temperament and the dog ends up back in the rescue or hurting somebody etc… Puppy class starts this Saturday ❕ Don’t Miss Out (one spot left) ❕
