Job Type: Seasonal (Fall 2025)

Overview:
[ & CO.] is hiring experienced and motivated guides for the hunting season. You’ll lead guided waterfowl and/or upland bird hunts, ensuring a safe, successful, and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Scout and prepare hunting setups
• Guide clients safely during hunts
• Set decoys, drive UTV/ATV
• Handle or assist with dogs
• Clean birds (as needed)
• Maintain gear and equipment

Requirements:
• Prior guiding or hunting experience
• Strong firearm safety and hunting knowledge
• Good communication and client skills
• Able to work long hours outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• Trained dog
• ATV to transport clients/hunters to and from the blinds

Preferred:
• Dog handling or waterfowl calling experience
• Own trained dog
• First Aid
