Bark! Bark! Woof! Woof! Hello friends, long time no sniff.
10 years ago today, I made my first sale of Good Dog Goodies.🦴🍟
I worked my tail off getting the word out, selling in several local shops, mail orders, having a booth at Farmers Market and as many craft shows as possible. It was a crazy, busy time for several years and I loved every minute of it. Then, a couple of things forced me to slow down a bit, (New job & Covid) but I kept on going the best I could. Unfortunately, I started having medical issues and have had 3 major surgeries since Dec. of 2022. #4 is scheduled for 5/5/25 and #5 will likely be this Fall. I'm not giving up! My business licenses are all still active.
My goal is to be the "bionic" baker in 2026, with all my new parts!! I want to thank you all for your love during the good times and I hope your loyalty will continue to withstand these not so good times. With sincere appreciation,
Good Dog.💗🐾

Once upon a bone...

In the Fall of 2014, I was given several packages of venison liver. I had been hearing so many sad stories about pets getting sick and even dying from imported treats and food. Being both a Yorkie breeder and a life long animal lover, this was very scary and unacceptable. I decided I could make some dog treats with that liver, but what else should I put in them? I researched and experimented with ways to use healthy, natural, tasty ingredients. Nothing you or I can't pronounce. No artificial colors or flavors. No preservatives. The Muttfin was born! I created four different treats that winter. My dogs went bonkers over them. My friends' dogs loved them too. Somebody suggested I try selling them... "NO, I said, I don't have time for that!" Soon, I started playing around with clever names and packaging ideas. Next, I received Health Department approval, I obtained my Business License and started this page.

On April 23, 2015 I SOLD my first Doggie Bag.

Welcome to Good Dog Goodies!
