Rucker's commercial debut!
Rucker (AKC major-pointed Artemisia's Golden Knight Sir Rucker; Smokescreen from the Millie x Beast Mode litter) is featured in a commercial for this year's Beverly Hills Dog Show!
In addition to his newfound modeling career, Rucker's show career has been off to a great start in his first year of life—he earned Reserve Winners Dog under a supported entry AND his first major going Winners Dog/Best of Winners/Owner-handled Best of Breed from the 6-9 month class in AKC. He is also showing great promise in a variety of dog sports, including agility, flyball, dock diving, and rally. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for this incredible (and handsome) boy!
It took awhile but we finally have the Beast Mode/ Milana litter evaluated. We have three pups available to pet/performance homes. The blue merle boy, Optimus Prime, and two black Tri boys, Prowl and little Hotshot. Really looking for a performance home for Hotshot. This little guy has stolen everyone’s heart. He just so wants to work and do things! There are two show quality pups pending placement also, so they may be available.
Have tried to email everyone that was interested in the litter, if I missed you please email back [email protected]
My manding video didn’t load...here it is
1st. Shots done, eyes certified all clear. So puppies are ready to go. Now we just need to figure out who goes where. And for your viewing pleasure a couple videos taken while we were waiting in the vets for eye check. I had forgot to bring any toys, but found one, an old sock and the most wanted water bottles. A lot of crunching going on. Then we worked on our manding a bit.
This past weekend, Padme from Millie's Star Wars litter debuted part-time in ASCA agility. At her very first ASCA trial, she earned her championship Novice Jumpers title, and this was her title run! She absolutely loves agility, and we are also seeing some great performance potential in her half siblings of the Transformers litter!
Big day for puppies today, they turn four weeks old and moving out of the whelping box to the big puppy area! Plus starting there puppy culture training, and getting their first taste of raw. Pictures and video of the new digs coming soon...
At the shop, just love the way we get our two front feet in the litter box, looks at me as in good enough right?
From our first stop in reno
At our last stop at puppy evaluations. Puppy's have some nice digs to play in.
While filming puppies we heard sirens nearby. Normally this would set off a howl fest as I call it. Probably cause mom was right there they didn't want to get in trouble. So I gave them permission and helped them a bit with the word howl and a bit of howling sounds, so hear ya go, too funny.
Some videos and pictures of afternoon outside time. Sorry, my adult dogs were out there with them and were a bit of camera hogs!
Scary day for puppies, first time out on grass. This Friday they get to go meet kids at the local school for 4h club day. So we are preparing for a whole lot of socialization time!
Puppies first day outside, they were a bit overwhelmed by the big world out there!
Millie's puppies turn two weeks today! We actually missed Star Wars day by just a few hours, but close enough that we are still going with a Star Wars theme for box names. So here they are, all ten doing great.
Puppys are down to just one puppy pad on floor, using their boxes now really good. Not 100% yet, but we're getting close!
That is Harrison not Cypress. First time playing with pups, he we so good with them
Ok, they only way i could get video to post from my phone was in short clips, so here goes
Motherhood is a little stressful, we have to unwind sometimes!
Puppies are already getting the hang of keeping their bed dry and using the papers, will start litter box next week.
