Welcome to our little home in the country where you and your pets are treated like family, with respect & old-fashioned hospitality, by Dr. Bruening and our staff. We offer a once-a week lower-cost vaccine clinic in Winfield, MO. The clinic is set to open soon....by the end of 2024.

This sweet little kitten needs a new home & a new name! He could be yours.
Check out those eyes!
He was rescued by the best people & needs a great home. His rescuers have already started his vaccines & deworming schedule. He has a microchip & is on flea prevention. They are taking great care of him. He was the calmest kitten for us. If interested in adopting please comment here & we’ll share with the foster family. He’s 9 weeks old.

It's hot out there! Protect your pets from the heat with these tips.

🌳 Provide shade outdoors: Ensure your pets have shelter from the elements. Bring them inside on days where we are experiencing extreme heat.

💧Fresh water: Provide fresh water to make sure your pets are staying hydrated.

🚗 No hot cars: Never leave your pets in hot cars, even for a short period. Leave them at home if you go out.

📞 Report Distress: If you see an animal in distress in Boone county, please call Animal Control at 573-449-1888.
