We’re excited to let everyone know that our store phone is officially up and running again! 🎉

You can now call the shop directly to book grooming appointments, ask questions, or check availability. We really appreciate everyone’s patience while we got things fixed.

We want to share a quick update with all of our wonderful clients. We currently have a groomer available, and we will be slowly starting grooming services back up. Our groomer has limited availability the week of November 24-28: Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Please message us if you are available and would like to get in for a groomer. Thank you so much for your patience while we get everything running smoothly again!

Kate, our owner and groomer, is still out due to a family emergency. We appreciate your continued understanding and support during this time.

Our store will also be open on Monday, Tuesday and Friday with hours to be determined as we adjust our schedule. We’ll keep everyone updated as we finalize our hours and add more grooming availability.

Good morning!
The store has been closed the past two days, as some of you already know. We have had a major family emergency, and we have reached the decision to temporarily close our store, which includes our grooming services. We have been attempting to contact all future grooming appointments, but there’s quite a lot of you! We are doing our best to reach out to everyone as soon as possible!
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We hope everyone can get in with another groomer in the area for the time being.

For the safety of your pets, our staff, and all animals in our care, we kindly ask that customers do not enter the grooming room.

We understand your excitement to see your pet, but the grooming area contains sharp tools, active equipment, and pets in various stages of grooming who may be anxious or reactive to unfamiliar people.

If you need assistance or would like to speak with a groomer, please ring the doorbell located at the front desk. A team member will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
