Enchanted Borrows Rabbitry sales policy
Please Read before inquiring about our rabbits.
SALE POLICY
1. Our rabbits are sold on first come-first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of asking price may be placed before the rabbit is considered sold, which means if you back out or do not pick up said rabbit on the agreed date, it will be back up for sale and no refund will be given. This is to cover expenses during which time I have to hold the rabbit to resale it. If you inquire about a rabbit but no deposit is placed, Do not expect the rabbit to be held foe you. Several messages come in each day. We will not hold rabbits you are considering.
2. Prices are non-negotiable and
We do not sell our baby rabbits till they are 10-16 weeks of age because you can't tell type til there around that age.
3. All of our rabbits are good tempered, however, We cannot guarantee that a rabbit will never bite or scratch. Please understand the nature of these animals. We can not guarantee that two animals will get along, regardless of them being siblings or not. Please keep this in mind when buying multiple, you may have to separate them eventually so be prepared.
4. Sexing rabbits at a young age can be difficult. Sometime we tell the wrong s*x by mistake. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young rabbit. We do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible. But a mistake can happen!
5. We have the right to refuse any sale at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of our rabbits.
6. All our rabbits have pedigrees. Unless stated that they don't.
7. We accept cash, and PayPal. For Paypal please use FRIENDS AND FAMILY or there will be an additional charge of $5.00 to cover for the amount deducted from tax charges. Sorry, We DO NOT accept checks.
8. I will answer any questions you may have to the best of my knowledge.
Health guarantee
9. We do not knowingly sell any sick babies, our babies will be healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave the farm. We are not responsible for the their health after it leaves. It is up to you, the buyer, to check over your rabbit prior to release. We are not responsible for any vet costs after the rabbit has been sold.
10. Once date/time has been arranged to pick up your rabbit , we will meet at a public setting at a location of our choosing. We do not allow pickups at our home. Please bring your own carrier on pick up date.
If you need to use a transporter, you are responsible for making these arrangements. You are responsible for the transport fee. Once the rabbit of your choice has been given to the transporter, we are no longer responsible for the rabbits care and/or health of the rabbit.
