Hey guys, it’s me, Milo! 🐾

Y’all… I had the most spectacular day yesterday! We raised $1700 for the Adoption Program!!

I got to spend the night at my Aunt Heather’s house and play with all of her dogs. I even met some farm animals—and let me tell you, I’m starting to think I’m almost as big as her ponies! 😆

Then we headed to the Red River Gorge Bigfoot Festival, and wow… what a day! It was a LONG day full of meeting new friends, getting lots of pets, posing for pictures, and sharing my story. I had an absolute blast!

The best part? We sold so many FairyTails goodies to help me and all of my friends who are still waiting for their forever homes. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support us by gem mining, buying books, plushies, T-shirts (I sure do look handsome on those!), and sharing a kind word. Every purchase helps dogs just like me get the care they need while they wait for a family.

After the festival, I got to go out to eat with my people and then enjoy another sleepover. By the end of the day, we were all worn out, but my heart was full. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to see us. Meeting all of you was the highlight of my weekend!

Now I’m resting up because the adventure isn’t over yet…

Map and parking! FairyTails is by the kids playground!

BIGFOOT FEST MAY 30TH, 2026 PARKING INFO

Okay okay… we heard you. 😅
Yes, there’s expanded parking.
Yes, there’s a parking fee this year.
Yes, there will be more handicapped spaces available in the PRIMARY PARKING LOT.
Yes, entry to the Fest is FREE.

Parking at The Drive-In Diner is FREE, shuttle drivers at this location will be accepting donations for Stanton First Church of God youth group.

This year we teamed up with Powell County Schools to help make parking smoother, faster, safer, and way less chaotic than trying to wrestle Bigfoot into a Honda Civic.

Students, parents, and volunteers from local youth clubs and school groups will be helping direct traffic, run lots, assist guests, and keep things moving all day long.
And the best part?
ALL parking proceeds go directly back to these local groups and youth programs. ❤️

So far we know parking funds will help support:
Boys Soccer
Girls Soccer
Bass Team
Junior Class
…and several other local groups helping make this event happen!

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as this festival continues to grow bigger than we ever imagined. It takes an entire community to pull this off, not just one organization.
