Wanna hear my luck this Tuesday morning? I saved up for months for a truck to haul my horses with, and it blew up after 1 drive. Now I have to save another 3,000 for another one, yay me!

I had a client who I have never serviced before send me a very rude, and distasteful message. It truly did hurt my feelings because I do try to go above and beyond for my clients.

As many know, and those who don’t this isn’t my only job.. I juggle school, another full time job, and this. My hours vary, some days I get off early, some days I’m off late, some days I might have to reschedule you 2-3x for that I always apologize and almost ALWAYS offer a 5$ discount.

This client who I’ve never serviced and was going to go to hampstead, deep hampstead for one pet to help her, texted me today and said “you could do it for free and I wouldn’t use you”. All because I had to reschedule her due to issues with breaking my toes, and then an emergency today and still offered a discount.

The good thing about this job is it’s my business, and clients who don’t value me can go to petsmart or somewhere that has set hours to benefit there schedule.

Hey guys!

Quick update, due to a horse incident I have 3 broken toes, and a hairline fracture to the very side of my foot/last digit toe.

Unfortunately, if you have an appointment for today I will have to reschedule you for tomorrow as I need the rest of today to rest, and elevate it. I plan on continuing servicing everyone again starting Thursday, but please be patient. As it might take me longer to get around / drive places.

Make sure you guys get on my schedule, I am booking up fast for March! This week I have over 60 appointments 😳😱

My hours are currently M-F I make exceptions on Saturdays sometimes! After 2pm those days, starting next week I’ll be taking appts during those hours so probably 5-6 every day 🙌🏼
