We’re excited to announce we will be reopening as of Tuesday, May 5th. Over the weekend I’ll be calling everyone that’s left a message to get you scheduled. For the foreseeable future we will be closed on Saturdays and will have an adjusted opening time of 8:30 with staggered drop off times so we are able to disinfect the lobby and doors in between customers. We are more then happy to meet any customers curbside for drop off or pick up but we will need all pets leashed or kenneled. Thank you to everyone in your patients and loyalty as we all try to navigate the new normal. Looking forward to seeing everyone and their fur babies!

We hope everyone is withstanding this pandemic as well as possible. We know our lives have been turned upside down, as we are sure yours have been too! But we ARE Wilmington and we will get through this! Along with the rest of our great country and other countries around the world 🌎

We are reaching out to let everyone know that under the current orders Pet Grooming is not considered an essential service, so we have closed our doors UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. While we would love to see each and every one of you, it is more important to keep everyone safe!!

As soon as we are updated from the government that we are allowed to open our door, we definitely will!! We won’t be checking messages on a regular basis, due to attempting to follow mandated orders of not traveling. You are still able to leave a voicemail or send a message on Facebook, but please know that we may not respond back immediately!!

Amid the Coronavirus we want to ensure our patrons that cleanliness and safety are top priority!! We have and will continue to wipe down all surfaces, once clients enter and leave our shop. We are also offering to come to your car and get your furbabies for those clients who feel they may be at a higher risk! The only thing we ask is that your pet be on a leash or in a carrier, for their safety and ours!

We will remain open normal business hours until we are told differently, so please feel free to give us a call!

We just wanted to take a minute to wish all of our customers the happiest of holiday seasons and to thank you all so much for you love and support over this past year! We are so grateful to have an extra groomer helping us out on Saturday and we still have a few appointments available before our holiday break.
