We are pleased to welcome Dr Alison Hanson to our growing team. In her 23 years of practice, she has gained extensive experience in preventive medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, surgery, dentistry, hospice care, and client education. She is honored to work alongside courageous, optimistic, and diligent individuals every day, and she's always inspired by the animals and people we serve.

She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine, and a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist credential from Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. The ability to combine both Western and Eastern modalities allows her to treat a variety of conditions and enhance the well-being of our patients.

She also has a background in fine arts and hospitality, which enables her to connect with a wide variety of clients and approach medical challenges with multi-perspective thinking and creativity.

Our thoughts and support are with the team, clients and supporters of ECVR! The community is rallying with you. 🤍

As many in our community have already heard, an explosion occurred earlier this morning at our new building on New Centre Drive due to a car striking our gas supply line. Emergency crews are actively working to control the fire, and we are incredibly grateful for their ongoing efforts and bravery.

At this time, we are still gathering details and assessing the situation. We will share more information as soon as possible. We are grateful to report that the ECVMC staff and construction team are accounted for and safe. As this location is under construction, there were no pets on the premises.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern and support. Your kindness and care remind us why this community is so special.

While we’re bummed to press paws on the fun, keeping our furry friends safe is always the top priority. 🐾💙 We’re proud to partner with Pawville and support this decision to postpone Pawpalooza due to the incoming heat wave.

Stay cool this weekend and keep an eye out, we’ll be announcing a new date soon, and it’s going to be worth the wait! ☀️🐶

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the forecast, and with extreme heat headed our way this weekend, we’ve made the tough decision to postpone Pawpalooza.

The safety and wellness of our canine companions is always our top priority, and with temperatures soaring, it’s just too hot for outside tail-waggin’ fun. 🌡️🐶

A new date is coming soon, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you and your pups when it’s safer and a little cooler!
