FREE SPAY/NEUTER FOR CATS🐱🩺
We are so excited to announce that HAP will be offering 4 FREE spay and neuter surgery days for cats in July!

These clinics are made possible through Grant-in-Aid funding from the Delaware General Assembly. By offering these services, we aim to help community pet owners access essential care while supporting efforts to humanely and responsibly manage the cat population!

‼️ Appointments are required to receive a free spay or neuter for your pet. Please call the location where you wish to schedule an appointment.
