I am having so much fun with this nutmilk maker! It has a setting for juices…and makes amazing juices in just a few minutes! It leaves the pulp/fiber which I think is so important for digestion and blood sugar regulation. This morning I made a whole food fruit/veggie juice….
1 apple cored
1/2 a cucumber
Handful of Parsley
1/2 cup blueberries
2 stalks celery
1/2 lime (rind and all!)
2 cups filtered water

My house has bowls filled with heart rocks. It started when the kids were little…something I would pick up every now and then if I saw an exceptional rock in the shape of a heart! Then the kids noticed, and they started bringing me heart rocks. When the kids were small…so many were not heart shaped! 😂 but it’s what their little eyes saw…so I kept them. It meant they were thinking of me 🥰. Now they are older and the heart shapes are a little more definitive. So when I come in from my walk and find 3 beautiful rocks on my counter it makes my heart extra full…and so are the bowls around my house! 😂
