Osteoarthritis is a painful condition involving the inflammation of one or more joints. 💥 The cartilage lining the ends of bones deteriorates and the surrounding joint fluid thins, causing pain, inflammation, and stiffness as the bones rub together. This rubbing can cause the bone to wear down, develop bone spurs or even chip as osteoarthritis progresses. 😱

Contributing factors include musculoskeletal disorders, trauma, infection, genetics, excess body weight, age, s*x, neuter status, exercise, and diet.
