Miss Lucy wrapped up her 4 weeks of board and training to address her leash skills, reactivity, and socialization with other dogs.

Before training, Lucy and her housemate would immediately be on edge every time they heard the door, dogs barking, people talking, you name it. This would happen in the house, in the backyard on the tether, in their crate, and on leash too.

During training, we helped desensitize Lucy to the sounds and sights that used to trigger her so that her nervous system could get a break. Once we created a new association to her triggers, we were able to then promptly interrupt any potential reactivity via the e-collar.

After training, she is back home and MUCH quieter, calm, and able to make better choices when experiencing stress. We are so proud of how far she has come!
