I try to give my clients the best advice I can…so when a new client was referred to me to breed a 20 year old maiden mare with a bad infection, I tried to talk her out of it. The chances were very low, it was going to cost a fortune, she’d be better off just buying a foal, etc. It was good advice, but she didn’t take it. And this is the result 🩵 Sometimes statistics are just numbers, and Mother Nature finds ways to make sure we remember that!
