Help us welcome Dr. Lexi Berte to the team at Veterinary Medical Center! Dr. Lexi recently graduated in May from Iowa State University. She grew up in Algona, IA, raising commercial swine with her family, but currently lives in Oxford with her two corgis, Kipp and Koy!

It’s been a while since we’ve introduced ourselves and with many new faces around, we figured it would be a good time for you to get to know our team a little better!

Our first introduction is Dr. Elizabeth Moore. You may have seen her over the summers or during school breaks helping out around the clinic, but we are excited to have her with us as a full-time doctor. Dr. Liz grew up on her family’s farm in What Cheer, IA and attended vet school at Iowa State before joining the team at VMC this past May.

Dr. Liz will primarily serve our cattle and small ruminant clients as well as adding a new service to the practice with her animal chiropractic care.

In her free time, Dr. Liz enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants and breweries, and spending quality time with her Golden Retriever “Goose.” A fun fact about her is that she recently got engaged to her fiancé Andrew.

Dr. Liz is most excited about getting to know our clients better and is eager to help you reach your operations goals through veterinary services.

Help us in welcoming Dr. Liz to the team!!
