📣 Changes Happening at Creekside!

As our client family continues to grow, we’re updating our summer hours to better serve you and your animals. 🐾

New Hours of Operation:
• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🏥Surgery patients are arriving between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM.

🚜 Farm Calls: Now scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

🚨 Emergencies: We will continue to see emergencies after hours for current clients only. We are still seeing emergencies on both Saturday and Sunday. We are also now using an answering service to help manage after-hours calls more efficiently.

📞 Communication Reminder: For all veterinary questions or concerns, please contact the clinic directly by phone. To ensure timely and appropriate care, we kindly ask that you avoid reaching out to veterinarians through personal cell phones or social media.

Creekside Veterinary Services is looking for a Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant 🐾

Are you passionate about animal care and looking to start a career in veterinary medicine? Join our compassionate and dedicated team! We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to help provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and surgical procedures

Monitor and care for animals before, during, and after procedures

Administer medications and vaccines as directed

Perform basic lab work, including sample collection and testing

Maintain clean and organized treatment areas

Provide excellent customer service and education to pet owners

Answering the phone, answering client questions, and scheduling appointments on our clinic software.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred

Certification (for technicians) is a plus but not required for assistants

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Don't forget the Whitley County Horse Show this Saturday! It is a great time for family and horses.

I will be there from 4 to 5:30 pulling coggins tests a d vaccinations for anyone who hasn't made it out to the other coggins clinics.
