Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you're all having a wonderful day. 🤗
I wanted to take a moment to address a couple of things that will help appointments and communication run more smoothly going forward.
🟢 **Messaging & Communication**
Recently, Facebook Messenger has become increasingly unreliable. Some messages come through immediately, while others never notify me at all—or I receive a notification but can't locate the message afterward. With all of Meta's recent updates, I'm not sure exactly what's changed, but Messenger simply isn't as dependable as it used to be.
You're always welcome to message me through social media, but if you don't hear back from me within a reasonable amount of time, please call or text me at **513-913-0325**. If I don't answer, feel free to leave a voicemail. Phone calls and text messages are currently the most reliable way to reach me.
Also, I kindly ask that business-related questions and appointment requests be sent to my business page or phone number whenever possible. While I do my best to stay on top of messages, my personal Facebook account receives dozens—sometimes hundreds—of messages each day, making it easy for business inquiries to get buried.
🟢 **Arriving for Your Appointment**
I also wanted to mention appointment arrival times. While arriving early may seem helpful, my schedule is planned very precisely. Appointment times are set for a reason, and I rarely have enough extra time to begin an appointment early.
I also intentionally schedule short breaks between appointments. When clients arrive 10–30 minutes early, it makes it difficult for me to use that time to reset and prepare for the next appointment. Additionally, because my office is small, activity outside—such as opening and closing car doors, children playing, dogs barking, or car horns—can easily distract the pet I'm currently working with. This often causes appointments to take longer than necessary and cuts into my scheduled breaks.
For that reason, I respectfully ask that you **arrive at your scheduled appointment time** and be **available to pick up promptly when your pet is finished.** Late pickups can also disrupt the schedule, as they require me to shorten my breaks or interrupt another appointment.
I truly appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation. This isn't meant to call anyone out—it's simply about keeping the day running smoothly so I can provide the best possible care and service for every client and pet. Thank you all for your continued support! 🐾🤎
