Reba, Dolly, Hank and Wayland are ready to meet their new forever families! These 3 month old livestock guardian/cattle dog mixes are adjusting to their new living area. They are used to being outside with very little interaction. Wayland and Dolly are struggling with their confidence a bit more than their siblings.

Hank and Wayland are males

Reba and Dolly are females.

They are at the right age to be trained as well-exercised house dogs or working ranch/farm dogs. They still have a lot to grow to fit their paws. Come meet them!

Dunn is a 5 MONTH old catahoula mix. His eyes make him look full of attitude (in pictures) but he really is a sweet boy. He loves head scratches and tries to hide himself between your legs. He is going to be a big dog and is a bit shut down at the shelter, so he is very calm and quiet right now.

Sheba is a 6 year old terrier mix. She gets along with dogs, cats and did very well living with a baby. She is dog door trained and very food motivated. She is very loving and likes to nestle in your lap.

Another playgroup for some of our new dogs!

Creamy and bacon are attention seekers- who love to be petted and playing in water. They love to wrestle each other but are gentle with the others who are still adjusting.

Bon Jovi and Janis are still unsure about their new living situation. Each one tries to muster the courage for pets but dodge any outreached hands. Janis will sneak in a kiss on your hand now and again. Both wag their tails and follow you around but always just out of reach.

They all come from the same place and are used to being outside full time. If you have the room and the ability to give them time to adjust, please let us know!

We have a family of laid off Guardian dogs looking to get back into their profession. They are looking for work and have experience with goats and pigs. They are Great Pyrenees-mixed breed

They are all sweet and gentle but definitely shut down in their new environment. If you can provide full time outside access, a contained area they can run, and/or critters that need protecting- please reach out.

Our dogs got to go out in a play group today!

Dingo and Mama Maggie took turns dunking themselves in the water.

Meeko and Bella have mastered flying bug catching with Bella just narrowly beating Meeko.

Freya decided she wasn't in the mood for any shenanigans and went for a walk instead.

Each of these dogs have unique personalities and are waiting for you to come and take them to their forever home.

Meeko is a year old male. He is pretty unique looking with a lab/weimaraner shaped head and a boxerish body. He likes to sing the song of his ancestors until you throw a toy. Sometimes he happily gets it, other times he smugly watches you go get it. He can't decide if he likes butt scratches or chin scratches more, so just turns in circles to ensure he gets both.
