Some posts are harder to write than others…
After four unforgettable years, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to close
BOW WOW “BARK”-Cuterie. 🐶🦴
When I started this little business in the spring of 2022, I had just closed my 13-year recruiting business and honestly wasn’t sure what the next chapter of my life would look like. What began as a fun idea to make healthy treats for dogs became so much more than I ever imagined.
Because of this business, I met hundreds of amazing dogs (the best part ❤️), incredible dog owners, fellow small business owners, rescue groups, and retail partners who believed in me and gave my products a chance. We attended winery nights, vendor markets, dog events, and had our treats carried in five local retail stores.
Every order, every event, every message, every photo of your happy pup meant more than you’ll ever know. 🦮
You helped turn a difficult season of my life into one filled with purpose, joy, friendship, and so many wagging tails.🐕🦺
When I started BOW WOW “BARK”-Cuterie, I made one promise to myself: I’d keep doing it as long as it was fun.
Today, I’m simply in a different season of life. Between spending more time with my elderly Mom, being an empty nester, working part-time, and slowing down a little, I know I can no longer give this business the time, energy, and attention it deserves.
So I’m choosing to close this chapter with a full heart and endless gratitude. 🫶 🙏🏼
