Hello everyone. I would like to introduce you to my new employee Hideous Phone Case. Hideous will be in charge of keeping track of my phone. I'm hoping this new addition will reduce the time I spend l๐king for my phone during business hours!
2 years ago I implemented online scheduling for my clients. Even though it has made the scheduling process easier I still have a large amount of messages incoming for appointments. I love getting new clients and I love helping my existing clients with their appointments but keeping up is extremely difficult with a full schedule of clients during work hours. I try my best to leave my messages until my paying customers have been given my time but honestly, I feel like I'm failing.
Please, if you are requesting appointments and haven't heard back from me IT IS NOT INTENTIONAL or negligent.
If you can, please go the website to make your appointment. If you cannot do that please feel free to contact me but if you don't hear back, TRY AGAIN. I hope we all understand in the tech world, things can become overwhelming. Not to mention, the influx of clients and requests this time of year! You are all important! Never have I not returned a message intentionally but keeping track of unknown numbers is a struggle.
I hope that Hideous will reduce these issues by helping me locate my phone instead of wasting my time running around the salon and yelling "Someone call my phone!" when I actually get time to check my messages
