Buyer's Resources

To hold a horse, there will need to be a 50%, non-refundable, deposit made on the horse. Until that time, the horse will remain available to the public. ( If you choose to mail a check, horse will not going pending until check is cleared in the bank. )

However, should an injury or death occur, while the horse in the care of Spear C Quarter Horses, then and only then, are the deposits returned back to the potential buyers.

After the deposit is received, the buyer has 12 calendar days to set up shipping arrangements for the horse to leave the Spear C Quarter Horse Property. Foals will be weaned for 20 days prior to going to buyer. The remaining balance on the horse must be paid in full before pickup.

We do not offer shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to find a shipper or make arrangements to pick up their horse on time.

On day 13, a $15 per day charge will be added to the buyers bill until pickup.

A current coggins and health certificate, if needed, will be available. Please take into consideration this can take two weeks due to bloodwork must be mailed off for results. All other vet work needed/requested will be at buyers expense and must be requested when deposit on horse Is made.

Pre-Purchase Exams are welcome at the buyer's expense. Please plan ahead for all of the arrangements that will need to be made in order for the records to be received in time for the horse to leave Spear C QuarterHorses. We are not responsible for set up/cost of horses transportation.

Horses are sold as is. No returns.
