❄️🐾 WINTER STORM DOG SAFETY TIPS 🐾❄️
A winter storm is headed our way this weekend folks, and we want to help keep your furry four-legged family member safe, warm, and happy! 💙

🐕 Limit Outdoor Time
Cold weather hits fast! Keep potty breaks short and watch for shivering or lifted paws—those are signs it’s time to head inside.

🧥 Bundle Them Up
Small dogs, seniors, and short-haired pups benefit from sweaters or coats. Warm + dry = happy dog!

🐾 Protect Those Paws
Ice, salt, and de-icers can hurt paws. Use booties or paw balm, and always wipe paws after walks (and don’t let them lick!).

🏠 Create a Cozy Space
Keep beds away from drafts, add extra blankets, and make sure your pup has a warm, comfy spot to rest.

💧 Don’t Forget Hydration
Dogs drink less in winter—fresh water is still important!

✂️ Winter Grooming Matters
A clean, brushed coat helps regulate body temperature. Avoid shaving too short and always fully dry your dog before going outside.
