We have so many new followers that I thought it best I reintroduce myself.
My name is Billie. I go by Billie, Bea, or Billie Jean. I have loved animals since I was a little girl and always knew I wanted to work with them. I currently have a Cane Corso, Leonidas (pictured), a border collie mix named Ebony, a French Bulldog named Booberry, and a kitty named Azzy.
My first “adult” job was working at the Kansas Humane Society where I gained a plethora of knowledge through multiple of their departments. I continued the growth of my hands on knowledge at the Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital of Wichita, and am now settled in a single doctor general practice.
I began my personal business, The B’s Knees Pet Service in July of 2022 and have had way more interest than I ever could have imagined, or hoped for. With support from friends, family, community and current clients I am continuing to help individuals with their pet care needs.
I am now trying to focus on continuing to build my clientele, while maintaining immaculate services.
I work hard to provide quality affordable services from dog walking, pet and house sitting, drop ins, nail trims, basic bathing, medication administration, and client education as requested or needed.
I strive to provide judgement free care, as I never want the conditions of one’s home or pets to deter them from reaching out for any kind of help. If I’m unable to assist, I do my best to provide recommendations for other affordable services.
