Oh the cuteness! 8 week old Kane came in today for a bath and nail trim. Bringing your young fur babies to the groomer even if to just get a quick bath helps them get used to the process and allows them to learn to trust and start developing a relationship with the groomer.

Also love that Kane is giving that big dog in a little body face.

If your pet struggles with fireworks, the time to plan is now.
🧠 The loud bangs and flashes can trigger severe anxiety, even in animals who seem calm the rest of the year. Once the fireworks start, it’s often too late to help them feel secure.
Here’s how to get ready before the booms:
📦 Create a safe space in a quiet room, away from windows
🎧 Use white noise, fans, or calming music to mask the sound
💊 Talk to your vet about calming meds, pheromone sprays, or supplements
🐶 Give your pet something to do—a chew toy, puzzle feeder, or snuggly blanket
🔒 Make sure all doors, windows, and fences are secured
You might be used to fireworks—but your pet never will be. Don’t assume they’ll “get over it.” Make a plan. Stick to it. And stay home if you can.
Fireworks only last a night. The fear they cause can last much longer.
