Alright guys I know you love taking care of your dogs but let’s talk about taking care of ourselves real quick! My lovely sister just opened a health and wellness store with all sorts of local food products from salsa to jelly and even farm fresh meat. They also have yoga classes and massage therapist as well who I got to meet today and I have to say I really enjoyed it in there, all so kind and tailored to how your feeling in your body. Yhey even have a sound bath class once a month! You should check out Kneticx at 6803 w Taft suite 401 if you would like to get to feeling your best in a really laid back environment. Me and some friends have already signed up for the Monday night yoga classes and I’d love to see some of you there!!
