Dog food sold in 14 states recalled over possible plastic contamination

Frozen dog food sold in 14 states is being recalled due possible plastic contamination.
Fromm Family Foods of Mequon, Wis., initiated a voluntary recall Wednesday of some of its Bonnihill Farms cooked frozen dog food after owner complaints.

So far, there are no reports of illness or injury reported from consumers, according to the administration.
Affected recalled product was distributed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
The product, Bonnihill BeefiBowls Beef Recipe, is packaged in 16 oz. chubs with “best by date” 12/25/2026. The product’s UPC code is 072705135004.
Consumers who have purchased Bonnihill BeefiBowls with a Dec. 25, 2026, best buy date are urged to return the product to the point of purchase.
